The postpartum period is a beautiful and often overwhelming time. You are recovering from birth, as well as moving though immense physical and emotional changes, all while caring for your newborn. 

As a Registered Nurse, I want you to have consistent, quality support for both you and your new baby. My fourth trimester support packages focus on the whole family. Learn more below.

 

Newborn Support Packages: Sleep and feeding

In-home or virtual

This service is for you if you are:

  • Having a hard time getting your newborn to fall asleep and stay asleep
  • Frustrated with evening crying
  • Worried feeding is not going well
  • Constantly Googling for answers on when the newborn stage will get easier.

Standard Newborn Package includes:

  • 90-minute consultation where I will do a complete assessment of your newborn and provide recommendations for feeding, sleep, soothing, and routines
  • 4 weeks of once weekly coaching phone calls
  • Email support for 1 month
  • Extensive Newborn eBook to use as a reference.

Upgraded Newborn Support Package includes:

  • Two 90-minute consultations. I will typically see you early in the postpartum period to ensure feeding is going well, and then again around 6 weeks to to work on routines and sleep
  • 7 weeks of once weekly coaching phone calls
  • 7 weeks of email support
  • Extensive Newborn eBook to use as a reference.

Hourly Postpartum Support

At The Mama Coach, it’s our mission to ensure every parent feels cared for and supported immediately following the arrival of their newborn.  As a Registered Nurse, I want you to feel confident in taking care of your infant as well as yourself, during the postpartum period.

I will come to your home and be your extra set of hands as you transition to being at home with your child.  I can also provide this service through virtual sessions.

This service is provided at an hourly rate.  I will answer all of your questions and assist in newborn care, including teaching you how to bathe your baby, trim their fingernails, and provide education on newborn rashes, jaundice, cord care, development, and so much more.

This service is for families with a baby under 12 weeks old.

$100 - $150/HOUR
